Can't find what your looking for? We offer a Free Special Order Service for those items not normally stocked. From weird food to wonderful toys just ask one of our sales team.
FREE 'Carry to Car' Service
We know some pet products can be heavy. Ask any member of our sales team who will happily carry your purchased items to your car. [Your car must be in our car park or just across the street]
FREE Local Delivery
We now offer free local delivery (within 10 minutes drive time of the store) for orders exceeding £39.
Your purchases are delivered by our own vans and drivers and will be carried to wherever is convenient for you. This service is ideal for anyone who struggles to carry their heavy pet supplies. Our drivers deliver on set days and set time periods depending on the area you live which means you will know when your delivery is coming and if you’re not in we’ll happily leave your order with a neighbour or anywhere of your choosing. Please call our store to place an order where you can pay by card over the phone or cash on delivery.

Our premises have been accessed and recognised as being 'Disability Friendly' by The Advance & Cottsway Disability Group. Our staff are understanding and sympathetic to people with special needs and disibility issues.
* A £2 refundable fee must be paid before any water test takes place. If your water need adjustment and you take our advice and purchase from us any recommended remedies your £2 fee will be refunded. When your subsequent water sample is fine your £2 fee will be refunded.
